Our take
Calendly started as a scheduling link and now covers the work around meetings: booking pages, payments, reminders and an optional AI Notetaker and assistant (Callie). The free plan allows one event type and one calendar. Standard ($10 per seat a month billed yearly) adds unlimited event types, automations and Stripe or PayPal payments, which is the tier a paid-consult freelancer needs.
Best for: you sell calls, consults or sessions and need clients to book and pay without back-and-forth.
